Greetings members, It  has been a perilous  couple of years, and man, how have we suffered!  Much reason  and  rationale  falls  behind saying:  there  is  nothing   to  be  happy about.   Even those of us with a strong mental  constitution   have  been  on  the brink   of   collapse,   yet   we   endured. Regardless, let  us  take  heart  brothers and sisters. Remember that we are a unique bunch! We are the ones that the nation looks towards for direction in the endless fight against tyranny, cruelty and downright inhumanity. We are the union! T H E Union… The ones whom God has entrusted; we are the true key to balance in this nation  whom He loves. And oh! How He loves us, sayeth the hymn. He has given us a country that even in the midst of being strangled by those in power, survives, perseveres, and presses forward.

Therefore, I urge, nay, I beg of you to maintain that steadfast posture. Just as we sat in front of the National Assembly, and they faltered in the face of such bravery, let us stand firm in this continual challenge. Just like you, I believed (albeit naively) that there would be change, but how can we ask a tapir to shorten  its nose? It is thoroughly incapable. So the change must be us… again. We must again trod the streets and social media. We must again wage war on the airwaves and the screens. If there is one thing I would like to address  is  this:  do   NOT   let  politics divide us. BNTU must, and I mean must, rise   above   propaganda   and   politics. If there is one thing worse than this pandemic,  it is the political division in this country. Remember, we are not fighting any one party, we are fighting a system  that  permits those in power to abuse the  people. Don’t  Blink! Un pueblo unido, jamás será vencido!
