Orange Walk President Message
As I embark on this new journey as BNTU Orange Walk Branch President, I want to say a few words to our members. First and foremost, the new executive body of BNTU Orange Walk branch wishes you the best of health, safety and may the Almighty Father be with you always. As we experience these times of turbulent waters, I want to remind our members that as teachers we can overcome any obstacle placed in our path. Remember we are the driving force of our nation and whatever we do in our classrooms, is more than just teaching; we awaken the hearts of others.
We encourage all teachers to join us as we move in unity and strength to not only teach but to ensure that our children have a better future. With this said, we humbly invite all teachers of Orange Walk District to join the Belize National Teachers Union as we aspire for the best in educational standards, services, working conditions and personal development. Do not lose out on our strong and vibrant organization. We ensure that our members are not only involved but also well trained, competent and enlightened leaders. We advocate for adequate human, financial and physical support structures for you.
As we finalize the year 2021, keep in mind that you are the union. Remember a truly great teacher is hard to find, difficult to part with and impossible to forget.
